2. Run Sleeping.Dogs.v1.5.Update.exe
3. Install
4. Copy the cracked content from the SKIDROW folder to the main install
folder and overwrite
5. Block the game in your firewall and mark our cracked content as
secure/trusted in your antivirus program
6. Play the game
7. Support the companies, which software you actually enjoy
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Use Launcher.exe, included with the cracked content, for setting the
language of your choice.

So original is without problems? I´d buy it too, but i burned myself on some games, that were worse in official release, than cracked versions.
Well… They have done good with this game… The game is good and had enough problem with pirated versions… so i bought the game.

Guys!! I SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITH THE bink32.dll missing!!
apparently this update is just an update and you need to download the 9 gb version, install it and then install this one, and then obviously apply the crack (of the 1.5), it will take a bit to launch but be patient (20 secs) and it does. Thats what i did and it solved my problems. Hope it helps!
So how did you get past the hkship error message. I downloaded a bink dll from another sleeping dogs torr but i dont think they changed it in 1.5 but i still get this error and am wondering if i should just dl the 1.4 version instead since no one has managed to get this damn version to work and skidrow doesnt seem interested in providing any feedback but thx for all your other work skidrow!

I installed binkw32.dll already, but when I click HkShip or launcher from steam or game’s folder, nothing happened. If i click on launcher, a window appear to choose language, then I click on save and launch and nothing happened. Can you help me?
I downloaded and installed update 1.5 (7GB) already, also copy and paste crack files. When I click: launcher, it said: binkw32.dll is missing. Then I install binkw32.dll already. No error happened. However, when I click launcher ( from both game’s folder and steam), a window appear to choose language, then I click save and launch. Then, nothing happened in both steam and game’s folder. Can anyone help me? Thanks
For those who have the binkw32.dll missing error, go to google and type in “Download binkw32.” Once you download it, put it into your Sleeping Dogs folder with all the files in it. It’ll pass that point.
However, when I start it up and get it running, there’s an error that reads “HKShip.exe has stopped working”. And it stays at a white screen.

Let me say thank you for all your releases they are easy to install however this has been tricky. I have installed the game and update as suggested with steam installed and my antivirus allowing crack content to be accepted however I am still stuck. Whilst I have progressed to the main menu, every time I start a new game it hangs and becomes stuck at the loading screen. No matter trying over and tweaking various things I am still unable to play the game. Please help, do you have any advice you can share with me?

Please let me know what’s right procedure, I’ve just downloaded the 7Gbs.
Can I just extract the 7GB bin files to the desktop and run Sleeping Dogs 1.5 update.exe, If I already have the game installed? Then after update is finished I can just copy the crack content to the main directory, is this how it should be done?
I’m not sure If I have to copy the bin files to the main directory before running the update, or if this 7Gb version is the whole game, and I need to unninstall my game and then install this new version, I’m confused about this??? Someone please?
How do I Install this 7GB update, if I alreadu have a 10GB version installed and using Skidrow Proper 1.4 update + crack????

Do not forget to INSTALL STEAM and run your game as administrator
This is Steam and SquareEnix’s new effort to stop piracy
steam now patches original files instead of downloading it again
so 125MB update data split on all game files=7GB new files
no way to overcome this unless we figure out how to repack game files with the new data.
